Student: Hi Angel. There is a lot of talk about prana, or rather white prana. Could you give me some more detailed definitions and explain the term? Thank you very much.

Angel: Prana is an energy that, for the moment, you may not be able to see with your eyes, as you have never practiced the techniques to do so. Therefore, it is an energy that is invisible to your eyes for now. Nevertheless, it exists and works, just like oxygen: you cannot see it, yet when you breathe it, it does its job, keeping you alive; without oxygen, you would not be able to live. Prana energy is like oxygen, which is necessary for your psychic abilities, it is necessary for your Sixth Sense,  to breatheand therefore it is necessary for your Consciousness/Soul. This is a path of spiritual and psychic , evolutionwhich serves to help you recognize your extrasensory abilities, to help you remember the paranormal experiences you have had and which you probably do not remember or did not recognize immediately; therefore, it serves to help you grow psychically and discover who you are, why you are here, what your greater purpose is, with the intention of reaching Awakening and... beyond. Prana is the term we give to the energy that helps us in all of this: without it, it is not possible to succeed, because it is the key ' ' that opens us up to the psychic world with consciousness; without prana, we remain closed and blind, that is, everything happens around us but we continue to see/perceive nothing, remaining ignorant. Prana energy is the key that allows us to access these subtle dimensions and discover their contents. Those who do not practice with prana will remain unaware of it for the rest of their lives, without even imagining what lies behind it; those who do practice it will discover the wonderful world of Reality. Therefore, all the topics taught on this path depend on the use of prana, which is an energy invisible to the untrained eye, but when you begin to practice the technique to see energy, you discover that it is absolutely possible to see it. Prana is an energy that you do not necessarily have to be able to see right away in order to summon and use it; in fact, during Meditation, you can summon it by visualizing it, that is, by imagining its arrival. Even if you don't see it with your eyes, you can perceive it and feel that it is really there; you can feel its presence through your psychic senses. In addition, you can practice visualization, which is a technique that you will need for the accomplishment of many other techniques, first and foremost the visualization of prana. This is prana energy. I hope I have answered all your questions!

Student: Hi Angel. Is there a difference between prana and Chi/Ki energy?

Angel: Basically, it depends a lot on who teaches it to you, because unfortunately many paths end up associating the same terms with completely different definitions. In this Academy, Chi is the chakra (the first one we meditate on during chakra meditation), and prana is the energy you can breathe. Other courses understand Chi as synonymous with prana (so it is no longer the chakra, but synonymous with energy), while others call Ki the energy of Chi, i.e. the energy of the chakra, which is not necessarily prana, but refers to the energy of the body that focuses on Chi. In fact, many people practice Chi energy without meditating! This means that they concentrate on using and reusing the little energy naturally present in their bodies until exhaustion, without understanding that it is not infinite. In fact, we need to increase the new energy that we absorb through meditation. Depending on the path you take, you will be taught different definitions. So, to avoid confusion, know that on this path we only call Chi the Chi chakra! And we call energy prana. Simple, intuitive, and not confusing at all.

Student: Is the prana we absorb during meditation and the vital energy that keeps us alive the same thing?

Angel: Not exactly. The energy that keeps us alive is that which belongs to our physical body, and it is a much more elaborate and 'lower' energy, whereas prana is an extremely higher energy, it is pure energy. In fact, we absorb prana during meditation precisely because it is what allows us to evolve our senses and become more perceptive and evolved. if our vital energy, i.e. the energy that has always belonged to our body, were enough, everything would obviously already be done, in the sense that we would have a highly evolved sixth sense from birth and would know how to use all existing psychic abilities (such as telekinesis, premonition, or self-healing and healing others, all at very high levels), without the slightest need to practice. Instead, as you can see, this does not happen because you do not possess all the evolved psychic faculties and everything else. Vital energy is needed by our physical body to move, but prana is needed by our Sixth Sense and our Psyche to evolve and find Awakening. They are two completely different things.

Student: My friends often tell me that I am a person with a lot of energy because I talk a lot and am always eager to do things, while they get bored quickly and lose interest. Does this mean that I have a lot of energy and don't need to meditate to absorb more?

Angel: As I said in my previous answer, it's not the same thing. Just because we use the term "energy" doesn't mean we're talking about the same thing. The fact that you are a "very energetic" person, according to your friends, has nothing to do with prana. Obviously, it's a good thing that you want to do things, even when others are tired or apathetic, but this has nothing to do with Spirituality and Psychic Abilities. To be clear, can you see energy with your eyes open? Or can you heal other people? (That is, cure their health problems using energy, not words or emotional comfort.) Or can you protect a person from negative energies and presences? Are you able to communicate with your past lives? The answer is definitely "no," and this is where you understand the concept. Being a cheerful and energetic person is a way of defining someone who is always on the go, who does not get caught up in laziness, someone who wants to do things. But this has nothing to do with Prana, which is psychic, dimensional energy that allows you to evolve and find Awakening. So, obviously, if you want to evolve psychically, you meditate,  it is absolutely important that as your 'energy' is not the prana energy we are talking about in this course. I hope I have cleared up your doubt!

Student: In meditation, prana is in the air, we breathe it in through our lungs, but we can also breathe it directly into the relevant chakra. So I am led to think that it is present in the air but not necessarily absorbable only by the lungs and therefore by our "body." I would first like to ask if I have understood correctly, asking if it is also absorbable when we exhale, if we maintain the intention to still be "receiving/recalling/absorbing" prana.

Angel: Yes, of course, when you intend to breathe prana, you are also absorbing it when you exhale, because prana is not only absorbable by the breath itself (i.e., by the physical lungs), but continues to enter you even as you exhale. Prana is everywhere, regardless of the air you breathe; it is everywhere. But how can you understand its presence without starting from a basis? The basis is pranic breathing, so while you breathe, you concentrate and visualize breathing prana, and that is how you begin to draw it in. Breathing is the most natural thing for us, and it is much easier to absorb prana through breathing. After that, you learn that you can also absorb it without it passing through your lungs, for example by absorbing prana directly from the chakra, so without it first passing through your nose.

Student: When you say to breathe from the chakra, for example from the Chi, or from the Plexus, should I imagine that the prana enters through the nose, travels throughout the body, and then reaches the Chi?

Angel: No, when I say breathe prana, it means that you breathe prana through your nose and then absorb it throughout your entire body. However, when I say breathe from the chakra, it means that you focus on the Chi, or the Plexus, and "breathe" directly from the chakra, that is, you focus on the intention of letting the prana enter directly through the skin, to make it reach the Chi, without needing to breathe it through the nose and let it travel throughout the body. You simply focus on the Chi and absorb prana from the skin as if the Chi itself were breathing. So you understand that prana is not air, because you don't need lungs to breathe it in and absorb it. The chakra can absorb prana directly.

Student: If I concentrate and absorb prana, does the energy accumulate in the chakras? Or where does it end up?

Angel: If you mean that you breathe prana through your nose, this prana spreads throughout your body and organs, energizing your body, cleansing your lungs, and benefiting your various organs. So, of course, it's good! If, on the other hand, you concentrate on breathing directly from the chakra, thus absorbing prana and energy from a specific chakra, the energy will go inside it, filling that container called the chakra.

Student: So is it more important to breathe through the nose or breathe through the chakra?

Angel: Both, of course. If you follow the technique I have taught you through the various audio recordings, at certain moments I will tell you to "breathe prana," which means breathe through your nose, so that the energy, entering through the nose, then expands within the body. At other times, however, I tell you to 'breathe from the chakra', and in that case you will breathe directly from the chakra, i.e. you will absorb prana from the chakra without having to think about your lungs, etc. Don't complicate things, just breathe prana without worrying too much. You are positive, so it is good for you in both cases. Then it depends on the goal you want to achieve at that moment. In the first case, pranic breathing energizes the inside of your body, thus having a healing effect on your organs, etc. In the second case, you breathe prana from the chakra so that it fills with prana. Understand that both should be applied and one does not exclude the other. It is obvious that if you decide to always and only breathe through your nose without ever focusing on your chakras throughout your journey, your chakras would not evolve because you would not be giving them energy. If you always focused only on the chakras, without ever visualizing the prana entering through the nose and spreading throughout the body, you would not receive the positive effects that can be enjoyed during pranic breathing. So don't worry too much and just follow the instructions while listening to the audio files provided during this course, so that you can practice both types of breathing without any unnecessary problems. Without worrying too much, follow the audio and apply the techniques. At the beginning of the meditation, you will be told to breathe deeply, then breathe through your nose and visualize the prana entering your body. When you move on to a chakra, focus on it and visualize the prana entering directly into the chakra.

Student: Is it a problem if I breathe through my mouth instead of my nose?

Angel: Of course not.

Student: Hi, I have a question that is still causing me some doubt. How can I tell that I am breathing prana? Thank you.

Angel: At first you don't really notice it because you're not used to it, of course, so the sensation is almost imperceptible. Just focus on your intention to breathe it in, and with time you will become more trained and therefore more able to understand when you are breathing it in and when you are not. When you meditate, you are setting the intention to breathe in the energy, and it enters you in a calm and gentle way, not abruptly, so it is clear that everything happens in a very peaceful manner. Over time, you will learn to recognize the feelings of well-being that occur within you and distinguish when you are breathing prana well from when you are not concentrating very well, and therefore absorption is lower. Give yourself time, because it takes practice to learn; it does not happen without training.

Student: I see, so there are no physical signs?

Angel: Initially, you don't perceive them because you don't have maximum control and knowledge of your internal perceptions. With time, however, you begin to recognize certain signs, including physical ones, that occur when you breathe a lot of prana. To begin with, however, you can become aware of it through the relaxation and mental well-being it offers you, both physically and mentally. That said, breathing prana raises your tonal re , so your senses are amplified and you become more perceptive.

Student: While I meditate, even if I think about energy and feel my chakras, I have doubts that I am not breathing prana but simply air, which I breathe in every moment. Even if I don't have doubts throughout the entire meditation (they come to me at times), am I still breathing prana? Are the chakras still charging, or does this thought block the energy and intent? So, is the meditation not valid even if I meditate until the end?

Angel: Don't let these thoughts distract you. Focus on the visualization, then visualize the white energy entering you with each breath; once you have done this, don't think about anything else, don't think about whether you are succeeding or not; ignore those thoughts completely! They are there to distract you and make you give up! Don't listen to them and continue your session, which will obviously go very well, regardless of what your thoughts say. So continue meditating without paying attention to your doubts, because it will go very well.

Student: Regarding breathing prana, which is mentioned in the article, there is one thing that is still not clear to me: is breathing prana with the lungs 100% correct? Or would it be better to learn to breathe it spiritually (or only spiritually)? It goes without saying that helping yourself with human breath certainly helps. I draw prana with my intention, I perceive it with my feelings, but when I breathe it, I use my lungs.

Angel: First of all, you must learn to breathe prana, and to breathe it you will obviously use your lungs, so yes, what you are doing is fine. Prana should not just be imagined, but actually inhaled. This does not mean that prana is not free and cannot be blocked by structures; if it can pass through walls, it can also pass through a simple human body, so it can pass through the skin and be absorbed by the chakra even without breathing. What I mean is that we breathe it with our lungs because breathing is the most spontaneous and natural thing for us humans, and I don't see why we should ignore its use. But that doesn't mean that if you intend to breathe prana, you are not absorbing it at the very moment you are exhaling through your nose; so, while you only breathe oxygen when you inhale, and when you exhale you breathe it out, you are absorbing prana both when you inhale and when you exhale, as it can pass through these patterns. We associate pranic breathing with physical breathing because it is much easier to understand how to breathe prana, but this does not mean that we absorb prana only when we inhale.

Student: Okay, so it's fine the way I'm doing it, also because I feel the benefit.

Angel: Yes, certainly.

Student: Does pranic breathing always involve visualization?

Angel: At the beginning, yes, because it helps you focus better on what you want to draw in, which is prana. If you don't use visualization because you think you already know how to do everything and don't need it (but the truth is that you don't want to because visualization requires effort), you are simply breathing air as usual but without drawing in prana because you haven't set your intention. The point is: every time you try to 'speed up' the technique by removing steps that you think are unimportant, it is normal that the technique will not work well and you will not reap the benefits. This does not happen because the technique does not work, but because you have decided to eliminate steps (which are essential for success!) because you did not feel like practicing them and thought they could be omitted or left out. If there are steps to be taken, there is a reason. Therefore, whenever we don't feel like doing a step because it requires "effort," it is probably the most important one for the success of that technique, and it is therefore important not to skip it for any reason. Pranic breathing is the key, because without it you cannot develop all the other techniques and abilities.

Student: I am trying my first meditations and being conscious. Can you help me with my breathing? Sometimes I imagine and try to feel the prana as a thick, luminous smoke, other times as a bright dust that fills my nose, throat, then my lungs and expands throughout my body, and then I exhale it. However, I find it difficult to maintain this image. First of all, I would like to ask you: is my way of visualising prana correct? Is there a better way or image that can help me not to lose focus on prana breathing?

Angel: Yes, that's fine, except for the "I release," because it implies that you breathe in prana and then throw it out, but in this case that wouldn't make sense; the prana you breathe in will remain inside and must remain inside. That said, concentrate on drawing in larger and larger amounts of prana, so as to increase the absorption of energy within you.

Student: For several years, when I leave the house in the morning, I breathe deeply, consciously, and joyfully to attract prana with gratitude in order to vitalize the body. I would like to know if, as in meditation, these initial breaths help to automatically recharge the chakras throughout the day?

Angel: Breathing prana during the day, outside of meditation, obviously helps your evolution a lot, as it allows you to become more aware of the energy around you even when you are away from home and therefore during the day; however, it is obviously not enough to take two deep breaths in the morning, thinking that this will start a chain reaction that will recharge your chakras for the rest of the day. If only! Also because, from what you said, you breathe prana in order to vitalize the body, not the chakras! So we return to the previous point: you breathe prana into the body, but you are not focusing on a specific chakra. It's easy to think of the 'easiest way', i.e. you think that one conscious breath in the morning as soon as you wake up is enough to fill your entire body and all eight chakras at the same time, with a single breath, which is enough for the whole day. In fact, why not for your whole life! It would be like thinking that one dollar, just one dollar, would be enough to save the entire planet from poverty. Obviously, it would be nice if it were true, but that doesn't make it true! One euro is not enough to feed millions or billions of people, so why should a single breath be enough to feed all the chakras and the entire physical body? With this example, I want you to understand that it would be nice, but we have to be honest with ourselves and understand that minimal effort is not enough to achieve great results. Otherwise, what would be the point of trying harder if so little were enough? We can wish for it, we can delude ourselves that it is so, but that does not change the reality of the situation. So no, a few breaths of prana in the morning will not automatically give you a whole day of prana absorption from the chakras. This does not mean that it is useless, because, as already mentioned, breathing prana even outside of meditation is very good for your evolution and your health.

Student: I find it difficult to breathe prana outside of meditation, while I am in the Low, precisely because of breathing issues, I have noticed; can't I just feel it entering the chakra and focus on the white prana entering straight in without having to breathe consciously? Because it's as if, with meditation, I have become accustomed to combining the entry of prana- with a breath of a certain depth.

Angel: You need to be able to breathe prana at any time, because it enters even if you don't take very deep and long breaths. Obviously, breathing deeply helps because it aids relaxation, but it's good to know how to breathe prana in any situation, for the simple fact that you will need it. As mentioned before, if a step is difficult for you, it probably means that it is the most important step; so instead of endlessly looking for "shortcuts" to always escape difficulties, try to overcome this small obstacle by practicing pranic breathing a little more.

Student: Can prana give a feeling of intense cold when it is absorbed? The cold I am talking about is not like when you are exposed to the elements, but more like the 'quality' rather than the physical effects, such as shivering.

Angel: Yes, of course, I recommend that you read the lessons "Questions about Meditation," because in those articles we have talked a lot about heat and cold, which can occur very noticeably during practice. That's all for today. If you have any other questions, you can send them by right-clicking and then clicking on "Write question."

Also, remember to always leave a comment below each article you read, as in this case.

Grazie mille Angel 🙏

Domande e risposte molto interessanti come sempre.

Appena inizio a respirare Prana, subito mi sento meglio, e mi sento felice. Grazie

Interessante ripasso sull’energia Pranica.

Buona giornata
