As time goes on, more and more technologies will advance that are capable of spying on us, and that will serve the government and the aliens to have more and more influence over our thoughts, emotions and wills. The aliens in all of this are aided by the use of highly advanced artificial intelligence; nothing like that currently known to the human, which although it already seems to be the highest level, is actually only a smidgen of what it could do. For instance, for most live abductions in the homes of humans, but also abductions among aliens, the master aliens send their Grey underlings, who are self-managed through the AI and are sent to do the dirty work as if they were work machines, while the flesh-and-blood aliens stay safe in their UFOs or underground bases. You realise this by simply observing how difficult it seems to go and practise although the technique itself is easy: deciding to go and practise is the hardest part, because the nanobots inside our brains resist and do not want us to practise. This is because the aliens know that if we practise well we destroy the nanobots inside our brains, and expel them, so they put a programme in the AI that works in such a way that when we want to practise/meditate the nanobots have to activate to make us resist and make us demotivated and lose the will to go and practise. That way they make sure that if we don't meditate/practise, the nanobots inside our brains stay 'at safe' i.e. we don't destroy them and get rid of them. In fact, just when you want to start a meditation, you will see a notification on your mobile phone or on your favourite social network that will distract you; or you will be the one who feels deeply moved to check your mobile phone and social networks on your own initiative with the conviction that it will only take you a few seconds and that you will then go back to meditating, but this will not be the case, because you will just happen to find something interesting that will distract you for much longer. Practising after looking at social media reduces the quality of your meditations/sessions and consequently you will have less results. Even this was calculated by the aliens and the government by urging you to look at socials before you go to meditate specifically to lower the quality of your subsequent practices.

You know you will waste time, but you will do it anyway, because driven by an overpowering feeling that you have to do it: it is nanotechnology working in your brain and telling you what you have to do. Going to meditate will be very difficult, but you will finally decide to go and, just when you sit down to meditate, there will be someone knocking on your door to chat or to go out and do something... just to keep you away from your practice. It will be very difficult to resist that temptation because while the event is created outside, an event that will tempt you to skip your practice to go out or do something else, at the same time the nanotechs will work in your brain pushing you to think that it's a good idea to go out and that it's not worth trying to meditate anymore, that you'll do it later. But then you won't. It ends up that when you have time and you are alone and there are no external distractions to pull you to their side, it is simply you who will no longer want to meditate, because you will be tired or listless, and you will put it off until the next day or who knows when. This is a very bad sign of an artificial programme already firmly anchored within you. You have to understand and repeat in your head a thousand times that if the aliens do everything they can to prevent you from going to meditate, it means that doing so would save your life from their manipulations and attacks, as well as freeing you from the nanotechnology present throughout your body; and this is why they don't want to, because they know that meditation would lower their power over you too much, so they do everything they can to prevent you from doing so, even creating artificial events that knock on your door and making you think you have to do something else just to avoid going to meditate. As we have already said, this rule of procrastination and artificial events created around you in order to distract you, applies to every action that would lead you to realisation, and not only directly to when you want to meditate: anything that can hold back your spirituality will be attacked. If it is something particularly important, the Orange will certainly try to make you put it off. That is just their mould. All dark aliens use, more or less, the same tactics, and what I'm saying for the Orange also applies to everyone else they collaborate with, as they help each other to subjugate the human population, so it's common that we may see some repeated plans from various alien races that aren't necessarily the Orange. However, the Orange are overly focused on Remand, hence the Queens of Remand: I wanted to point this out in this very chapter because the Orange are one step ahead of other aliens and know a little better how to manipulate people through the concept of postponing to the future. We have to learn to live each day with the intention of making it about the present, even thinking the day before what we want to do the next day and writing it down in our diary to avoid thinking about it all night and then ending up forgetting about it the next morning as soon as we wake up. We take out a sheet of paper and write it down, we should not be apathetic. We should remember that technology is not on our side, we can use it of course, but we should not give it more data than it already takes on our account, so I recommend using a paper diary and not jotting down your commitments on your mobile phone, nor on a virtual diary, which the AI will study to better understand our schedules, our plans, and of course, react against us. However, one must know how to organise oneself and it is important to stop procrastinating. Doing everything you want in just 24 hours is not easy, but certainly if you spend your time wasting it, procrastinating, and sleeping, it becomes impossible. At that point, sleeping an hour less would help to have more time to devote to one's own commitments, since sleeping an hour less does not kill, as public science i.e. the government leads us to believe: "the more you sleep the better; those who sleep more rejuvenate; sleep helps to lose weight" etc. etc., these would be the scientific facts we would have to rely on, to waste our lives sleeping more hours a day and sleeping even when awake.  Certainly sleeping an hour less at night will not kill us, on the contrary, if instead of sleeping 8 hours we sleep 7 we certainly will not die. If you are already used to sleeping 7 hours and instead of 7 we sleep 6 we still don't die.

On the other hand, one should not deliberately exaggerate and misunderstand what I am explaining. Then, that I choose for myself to sleep as few hours as possible just to be able to do everything I want to do, is my own personal choice, and I will not go back to sleeping 8 hours because people are not OK with me being able to do everything I want to do during the day, giving up the hours of apathy and procrastination. For example, when I say that I meditate 7 times a day some people get scared, because they think that one day they will be forced by a universal law to have to meditate 7 times too, because I do it. But if a person wants to meditate, he doesn't necessarily have to do 7 as I do, because I do it, but he could do 2 as well as 9, as he feels like doing, because that's what I teach him, to meditate as often as he wishes. And it's obvious that the more times you meditate the faster you get results, that's why I meditate so many times, to get more results in less time, because I don't like to wait and put it off. It seems obvious to me that a person who only meditates once a day cannot achieve the results I achieve with 7 meditations; however, he/she should not be 'offended' at me because I choose to meditate 7 times and she/he cannot keep the same rhythm. She/he doesn't have to do it, and if she/he wants to do it, she/he has to do it by her/his own choice, not to compete who can do more. There are people who answer me "I could never meditate 7 times because I work!" but alas, I work too, and after that I have to take care of the Academy, another job, which I do for free. However, 3 - 3 ½ hours a day to meditate I find for myself, for my well-being and for my Evolution. Instead of wasting my time following social media and having my time stolen by videos and TV series, I decide to use that time for myself. Then of course, by my own choice I sleep several hours less than others, precisely to have more time for me and to practise, because that's what makes me feel good and I wouldn't give up my well-being for anything in the world. It's not just a passion, but a mental and physical well-being that keeps me alive, and I can't give up feeling alive just because there are people who don't understand the reasons, and who have to do drugs or drink alcohol every day to feel 'good'. Because their method doesn't feel good, it's just an illusion; my method, on the other hand, feels good in reality, because it concretises mental wellbeing also on the physical body, and on the events around me. That is why I meditate and practise so much, because the well-being and the results around me are too great for me to decide, of my own free will, to give it up. It doesn't matter how many hours you work a day, if you are going to do something rather get up earlier in the morning and do it, but there is no such thing as giving up what makes you feel good just to listen to excuses. "Because I work I can't do anything"; alas we will have to work all our lives so if you intend to spend your life doing nothing, and existing only as a work machine, go ahead, but don't try to convince others to live such a dim, not to say insignificant, life.

I have decided I don't want to live just to work, and this bothers many people, and in theory I wouldn't understand why, because everyone should do what they want as long as it doesn't hurt others; but if I meditate 2 or 7 times a day what harm would I be doing to these people? None, so in theory there would be no problem, but in practice there would be: in practice it bothers them, it annoys them, it makes them feel bad, and that's where we understand that there are people who don't understand us, there are people who are not fit to be around us... but there are people who are human antennae put there by aliens in our lives on purpose, to cause us problems and make us lose the connection with our spirituality, in order to prevent us from Evolving and Awakening. If there are people who are deeply bothered by the fact that you practise, reason about the presence of those people in your life and ask yourself who put them in your life and for what reason, what is their ultimate purpose; you will be surprised at what kind of dark plans the aliens are capable of. There were times when I had more free time and by managing my schedule well I was able to do even more than 15 meditations a day because that was my desire and it was not at all difficult in reality: I would get up at 5:00 a.m. and meditate until 10:00 a.m. reaching 10 meditations in 5 hours. After that I had the whole day free to do whatever I wanted, including work, as I started my shift at 11.30 am. Even though I worked long hours a day I still managed to meditate up to 15 times, because that was my wish. I would simply spread out the remaining 5 meditations over the whole day, and after doing the first 10, everything became easier. I kept these rhythms for a long time because, if I wanted it, I knew how to achieve it. Then I converted the 15 meditations into 15 sessions, which could be 5-6 meditations and the rest mixed practices. It was a fantastic period for me because I felt an unimaginable amount of energy within me and I was able to have much more impact on material life during my practices. At other times I settled for 10 sessions in total. It depended on the period and how much time I had, besides, it's good to vary and that's why there are periods that I can go back to 15 sessions without feeling forced, and I can go back to 10 sessions without feeling guilty if I don't necessarily do 15; because it's not something you should do haphazardly, or because you feel forced, but I do it because it feels good. The point is this, 15 half-hour practice sessions turn out to be about 7 hours and 30 minutes. In Italy, unfortunately, you never hear of people practising for 7½ hours, so it seems absurd, surreal, unbelievable. Yet it is not at all different from sportsmen and women who train for 7-8 hours a day even though they work an additional 6-8 hours, and those who do it for a living can train even longer. If a person trains all those hours a day to practise football or dance, everything is fine, there is nothing to complain about, it is absolutely normal and absolutely accepted by society; but if a person trains even just one hour a day to Meditate, everyone around him goes crazy and he is immediately asked: "Have you joined a Sect??" because it seems surreal that a person even practices one hour to meditate! But why would a person who is only meditating have entered a sect? He's not doing anything wrong, but the ignorance that unfortunately exists in Italy, and that elsewhere is not as bad as in Italy, so if you don't go to Church then 'You are the Devil' is all one can say. They should come and tell that to me, who meditate for many more hours a day! This is what should make us reflect on how well entrenched in Italy is the ignorant programme whereby, if you do not play football or volleyball, or swim, you cannot train for hours on the sport/activity you like. If you spend 10 hours playing football you can do it, and indeed they would admire you, but if you spend 5 hours meditating they would want to beat you to death. Where does this incredible Cruelty towards those who Meditate come from? It seems to me to be driven more by Darkness than by love and peace, which the same people who would kill those who practise just for the sake of it say they have. So this is simply the concept: as long as you remain subservient in the cage of the Artificial Low and do whatever they order you to do, including making yourself like football and making yourself like drinking alcohol and smoking pot, then all is well.

But if you're a person who doesn't drink alcohol, has never taken drugs, doesn't watch football, and as if all this crime wasn't enough, add to it that you meditate, that's the end, people treat you like a criminal. The Artificial Low will thrust its worst antennae at you. But it's the end for them, because people like us don't allow ourselves to be homologated just to please people who spend their days drinking alcohol and smoking pot. I will continue not to drink alcohol, I will continue not to smoke joints, not to take drugs, not to watch football, and I will continue to meditate. And I am certain that over the years my Practices will increase, if not in time, then in quality. There have been periods when I have reached 15 Meditations plus practice sessions a day and they have been the most fruitful periods of my life. This does not mean that others should compare themselves to me and forcibly try to imitate me, they should instead do what they feel like doing. However, one should never despise something just because one cannot achieve it. If you talk about 15 sessions it might seem like you have to stay in a chair meditating from morning until midnight, but that's not the case at all, I was able to keep the day free while doing a lot of meditations, I love those rhythms because they are the ones that suit me. So someone might exaggerate and say, "I don't want to do 15 meditations," as if someone is forcing them to do them. No student has ever been forced to do even one meditation; those who attend the Academy know this, those who don't attend it are good to start, so that they understand how things work without fantasising about ideas, appearances, or misunderstandings. But there is one thing that many, when reading me, do not understand: that I am not a student, I am the Founder of the Academy, and it is absolutely normal that I am so passionate about the Practice that I devote as much time as I wish to the Psychic Arts, because it is the reason why I feel alive, it is the anchor that holds me fast in a life programmed from birth to be tormenting, and I could not live without the Psychicity that I have developed through training in psychic techniques. So it would seem crazy to me if the Master did not practise because he would not want to. Yet, unfortunately, this is what we see in all the other paths in Italy, so I understand the reasons why so many people think it is normal for their 'spiritual guides' not to practise at all. But for me it is not normal, and it is not acceptable. So it would come as no surprise to discover that I meditate and practise a lot, because this goes far beyond my passion, it is part of my life, it has become my reason for living, ever since I was 15 years old. I could not give it up for any amount of money or reason in the world. So it is no wonder that the Master of the Dimensional Consciousness Academy practices the Psychic Arts so many hours a day, because the Practice keeps me alive. I conclude that one does not need to reach 15 Meditations to feel good, because 15 Meditations do much more than 'good'. For all the others who read me, it would be enough for them to start Meditating 1 or 2 times a day; without having to race in their minds, without having to chase anything, it would be enough for them to start Meditating. Even two Meditations a day would be enough for them to experience true well-being. Then it will be their choice whether that well-being will be enough for them, or whether they want to achieve greater goals. But one thing is certain: Spirituality and Psychic Evolution are what the Aliens and the Government are opposing more than anything else on this planet. They want to prevent us from Evolving and Awakening, and to do so they are pushing us against other humans who are being manipulated on purpose to make us give up, to persuade us to give up, or to force us to stop practising. So we should not give in at all to the Artificial projects they push on us to scare us, because the Power we have if we practise is what scares them the most in the world. We should realise that.

So we should not make excuses, and not accept excuses artificially stuffed inside our minds not to practise, if that is what we want to do. The periods when I meditated the most were the lightest from artificiality ever: I clearly felt the artificial projects had less power over me, fewer negative events were happening around me, everything was much calmer. Time seemed never-ending: even though I meditated a lot and therefore used a lot of time per day to practise, time seemed longer and dilated, unlike when I meditated little and time flowed too quickly. How was this possible? It was unbelievable but true. Why is it that when you meditate only half an hour a day you have no time to do anything and when you meditate five hours you have plenty of time? Yet the 24 hours do not change, they are still 24. What changes, then? It happens that your psyche can alter time and change the speed at which it flows for you. The more you practice, the more your personal time slows down, i.e. you have more time to do more things, compared to when you meditate little. But if the Practice allows us to slow down time, it means that someone was artificially speeding it up for us, without us realising it. Well, the Orange, as well as being the Queens of procrastination and also of the not worth it, as of the now, are also the ones most involved in unravelling our earthly time, both common and more individual. In this case, we can imagine time as a line, like the bar of a song that runs, and you can slow it down or speed it up by clicking the appropriate buttons, then you can decide whether to hear the song slowed down or sped up, so that if the song speeds up too much you will hear those high-pitched little voices that you can't understand. Well, that's what happens to us, because when time goes too fast you end up not understanding anything and what is going on becomes very confusing. Time is the bar and the aliens have discovered that, through machinery, they can move it at will, either by modifying collective time or by being able to act also on the individual, therefore on the individual time of chosen people. They can alter the time of planet Earth but also of many other planets, being able to invade and alter the timeline of many dimensions. They do not have the power over the entire Universe, but in many dimensions they do, and in many dimensional layers of them. In theory, time flows in the same way, but depending on where you are, your perception of it is different, all without realising that it is not natural but has been artificially modified. It must have happened to you at school, for example, to talk to a classmate and say: 'This morning time went by too fast' and receive as a reply: 'No, on the contrary, it never went by! It was too slow!". Why these different perceptions? It's not just a question of logic, of who was bored and who was amused, because a one-hour lesson might be boring for both of you, but for one it might seem longer than half an hour and for the other longer than two hours. Yet you were both in the same room, and you could not say that one was at home watching TV while the other was studying, so they felt different emotions, because they were both in the same classroom attending the same lecture. Yet the perception was different. It all depends on where your consciousness is, not your physical body. When the consciousness is in the present, in the same place where the body is, time flows more normally and this allows one to appreciate those moments, whereas when the consciousness is 'elsewhere', time can flow much faster or slower but in both cases it would be negative for the person undergoing it. Obviously we all find ourselves facing boring situations, but we must know how to use that time to be present in the present, with a higher state of mind, with a higher energetic vibration, so that that moment is not exploited by others to manipulate us and also act on our time and our life.

It is good to know that through psychic techniques we can decide to speed up time when we find ourselves in situations that we wish to conclude more quickly, for example even boring situations, and we can decide to slow down time in order to enjoy the most beautiful and enjoyable situations. We can decide to do this through Practice. However, it is not just a matter of perceptions, as far as the passage of time is concerned, that is, it is not just a matter of how two people experience the passing of time differently. The aliens are speeding up collective time more and more, so more and more people - especially in recent years - are realising how time flows too fast for everyone. I meet more and more people in the most diverse situations who keep telling me 'today the day has flown by like nothing, I haven't had time to get out of bed that it's already bedtime again'; to imply that time has passed so quickly that they haven't had time to do anything they set out to do. The point is that if so many people admit this, it means that the change of time is obvious even to those who do not practice and are unaware of what is really happening. Let alone how bad it is. Time is being speeded up in a disarming way, so that we are forced to no longer have time to do anything, to no longer even have time to live, but for real. We realise that bad situations last longer because we have been accustomed to give too much interest to negative events and to savour those moments better, while we have been accustomed to give less value to positive situations, so that the good ones slip through our fingers and we find ourselves finishing them more quickly. Not to mention the fear of being happy that is increasingly common in so many people, so we prefer to live in negative emotional stability to feel 'calm' as experiencing happy moments can seem disarming, and it worries more and more people. If this seems normal to us. However, the way we approach events is not the only reason why time seems to have speeded up, because it is easy to believe that everything around us depends solely on us and how we want to interpret it, or how we behave towards events and the people who will respond to us as a result, but this is not the case. Not everything depends on how we approach events or how we interpret them; on the contrary, we have very little power over them. It all happens because time and its speed are artificially managed by those who manipulate our lives. It is absolutely true that when we have a problem we tend to give it a lot of importance and thus think about it and rethink it, lengthening the problem and making it longer in time than it should have been; whereas when a positive event happens to us we tend too soon to belittle it, we get bored and look for something else, or we tend to detach ourselves from it sometimes even for fear that it is too good to be true (or for fear that it is too good to deserve) so we ignore it and end up forgetting it; thus the good event lasts a short time. But all this is not enough to materially speed up the collective time of all human beings in the world. The alien programmes, especially the Orange one, aim to speed up our time too much, and take away from us endless possibilities of Awakening, which we cannot grasp since we have no time to devote to it. Of all things, they make us perceive the working hours as never ending, despite the fact that they are only 8, and instead make the remaining 16 hours, i.e. twice as fast, pass by as if they were, in fact, many fewer hours. This programme causes us to find ourselves living with our consciousness inside a dimension in which time crushes us, goes too fast, and that is why it is in front of us and we are always behind. This happens to those who do not practise; everything changes for those who take psychicity seriously. By meditating more, in fact, you can get out of the illusory dimensions in which the aliens place us and therefore you will begin to perceive time passing much more slowly, and you will be able to realise how actions that you used to carry out in many hours suddenly take much less time, allowing you to observe the differences in the facts.

Time will have elapsed, but if you used to take 3.30 hours to perform a task and suddenly you start to take only an hour, the difference is clear and you will notice it; also because sometimes it will seem impossible and you will wonder if the clock is not broken, but you will discover that it actually works just fine. Will you have become faster at performing actions or will time have expanded? In fact, you will have more time left than expected. However, this will continue to happen if you keep practising consistently, especially the techniques for time dilation, otherwise it is obvious that, by not practising, the results will not come. In the same way that you can slow down time, you can also speed up situations that are too stressful for you, to make them end sooner; for example, you can act on the tedious hours of work that will no longer be as exhausting and long as before but, on the contrary, the hours will flow much faster and you will return home sooner, this because you will be managing your time dimension according to the specific techniques. You can decide to act on both personal time and collective time, and it is obvious that acting on collective time is more difficult than on personal time on which the results can be seen much faster. However, it can and must be done, to help others as well. The fact that time is extremely quicker for everyone implies that there is a big project to speed up and 'disappear chunks of the timeline' in people all over the world, and in particular also focuses on individuals, speeding up the time of individuals. To be able to channel all this work, the aliens use AI technologies that are able to manage themselves, so there is no need for the aliens to take care of everything, rather they switch on their technologies and then they proceed with the 'work' through the advanced AI they have. It allows us to understand how it is possible for them to be 'everywhere present' i.e. to act on so many fronts in our lives, including speeding up our time, even though the aliens themselves who rule this planet are not infinite. So it is true that they are many, but they help themselves through technologies on autopilot so that they seem even more numerous than they really are. Consequently, on our part, in addition to acting on the aliens, it is crucial to counteract the autopilot technologies that constantly cause us life problems (including creating life events almost instantaneously on our Artificial Low that pop up like mushrooms) because if we act directly on the technologies, it means screwing up many of their plans. They work primarily with technology, and it is through it that they command and rule this and other planets. But what if their technologies are destroyed? Their power collapses irreversibly. The same technologies are in charge of artificially manipulating time, of making it run too fast, or pinning us down in certain situations created by them on our lives that seem to last indefinitely. In all this, in order to get out of Artificiality and thus out of the artificial cage they have created all around us, one must Meditate and Practise a lot. First you have to Meditate to get out of the Low frequency, after which you can Practice specific techniques to break down artificiality and thus bring down these alien projects, first on individual life and then on the collective. You can do a lot with Psychicity, the only limits are energy (the absence of energy if you don't meditate or have been meditating for too short a time) and experience, because with techniques you have to train, practise them continuously, and gain experience. The more you meditate, the more you come out of the artificiality created by the aliens, which has a positive effect on various areas of your life. We were born to be free, but we have been accustomed from the very beginning to being enclosed in an artificial cage tailor-made for us. Therefore, we have to make the decision to practise in order to break out of the trap created on our frequency. However, it is easy to get complacent and believe that something we did yesterday, however positive, will be enough to bring us results for the rest of our lives, in an endless cycle. Today you will meditate and decide to leave the artificial programme. Tomorrow, if you don't meditate, without even realising it you will decide to re-enter the artificial programme and then the artificial problems will start to hit you again and belong to you.

No one will come and tell you how it happened; you will not realise immediately that you have re-entered it; but every day that you decide not to meditate, there you will re-enter the alien programmes from which you had previously struggled so hard to get out. You cannot choose today for tomorrow, every single day you will choose for the day. The more you practise during the day, every day, the more your Consciousness will come out of the higher layers of these artificial programmes, becoming stronger and stronger, and lighter from the weights, because it is important to understand that, unfortunately, the layers of unconsciousness are many and not just one, which is why we have to work so hard. If it were easy it would be enough to meditate just one day for the results to last a lifetime, but that is not the case. Every day as we practise we come out of the higher strata of the artificial design and get rid of more and more problems, and if we do not meditate we fall back into the lower ones. Gradually, by dint of constant practising, we will peel off more layers at a time until we are completely out of the Low Artificial. It takes commitment and perseverance but with practice you will succeed, given enough time. It is precisely for this reason that you will realise, when you do a meditation, that time will pass differently during practice and your day will slow down in a positive way for you, allowing you to perform more actions. You will almost no longer have time to do even those 30 minutes of practice, whereas, when you decide to do several meditation sessions in a row, if it is in your interest, time will become more beautiful, the pleasant moments will not be stolen from you, while the bad ones will slip behind you, happening less and less often. You will realise this on your own skin when and if you decide to give it a try. You will realise it. You have to understand that what we are currently experiencing in this historical period is completely manipulated by artificiality. Time has not gone mad on its own, it is not speeding up because it is right to do so, because Nature or God has decided so, but because someone has taken control of our world and is reprogramming it as it suits them according to their designs. These are the alien races that rule us. Through their advanced technologies they manage to rule our lives both individually and collectively, and the worst thing is that they manage to make us ignore their existence and believe that they do not even exist. In all this they take more and more power over our lives. We must not allow this, we must instead be able to enjoy every moment of our lives by preventing someone else from deciding for us. If we want to start deciding, we have to start acting psychically against Artificiality. While the subject of speeding up Time is much broader than that, and the technologies that aliens use as well, it is important to start realising that there is much more behind everything that happens than meets the eye, and indeed the easier and more obvious the answer seems the more it hides a much greater Truth. These artificial agendas affect everyone, whether they want to become aware of them or not, but becoming aware of them makes it possible to start getting out of them. The Queens of Remand do not care who you think you are, whether you think you are a normal person or a "special" person, whether you believe that the subject of aliens does not concern you in the slightest, whether you believe that because you do not seek them out and do not care about aliens then they should not seek you out. But they are not interested in following this human logic! They do not care what your name is or what you do in life; to them you are just a human being and as such you are under the power and influence of aliens, like all other humans. Whether you believe in them or not, whether you care about them or not, whether you want to or not, they don't care, they just do it. The Oranges manipulate the speed of our time so that it slips out of our hands and we can no longer contain it, especially to prevent us from Awakening, which is why we have to get used to keeping an eye on it and doing everything not to waste our time, and always be aware of how it is flowing without it happening out of our control. During your day, start organising your time and decide that you have control over it, and not the other way around.

Decide how much time to devote to certain tasks or actions without leaving yourself at the mercy of situations that 'happen by themselves' because nothing happens by itself: what you do not control is certainly controlled by others. But nothing happens by itself, it happens because someone is controlling and directing that event. Give yourself a time to study, give yourself a time to clean, give yourself a time to sleep, to chat, to read, to do what you want, but give yourself a time and don't exceed it, so that you are in control of the events and not the events controlling you. Of course it will be easy to believe that you already do this and that you are not subservient to technology and addicted to social or messaging apps or TV series and films and videos, that you spend time on it because you want to and that you could stop when you want to. But you will find out that this is not the case, because when you think you can stop instantly, the artificial design will be even quicker to make you fall into the same trap, and drown you again in TV series or social media, when you were sure you could get out when you wanted to. But without practice against the Artificial cage that traps us, there is no other way out, because goodwill is not enough: it can last a day, a few days, even a week, and then you return exactly as before if not worse, due to abstinence. That is not getting out of the trap, that is simply taking a little break, which will then not be repeated for years. My advice is to schedule your commitments and keep well in check those who want to climb over your fence and force you to look after them more than you have to. I am referring to those commitments that overwhelm you and take away your power over your own life, making you subservient to events that happen at the hands of others. It is a good habit to decide when events should happen. For example, I decide when I can deal with the e-mails I receive, or when I can reply to chats, and I don't let myself get nailed in front of a mobile phone or computer depending on when people intend to, as it happens, entertain me in front of the chat room that very day. I decide at what times I should be present and available in chat, or on call, and I do not accept calls out of hours, so much so that I switch off my mobile phone to make it clear that I am not available. It is not selfishness or meanness, but it is deciding not to let yourself be overwhelmed by the urgencies that others want to put on you even though there is no urgency. Artificial Low prompts people to call you in a desperate and urgent tone and to get angry if you don't answer immediately, making it appear as if very serious events have occurred, and maybe the reason for their call is not being able to find that episode of the TV series they wanted to watch. But no matter how stupid the reason is, they will call you alarmed and in a serious tone as if something terrible has happened. That feeling will stick with you and make you believe that you have to keep your mobile phone on all the time because 'if something serious ever happens' you will be ready. But that is not the reason. The fact is that the aliens and the government need you to keep your mobile phone always on and always near you even while you sleep so that you will always be available to fall into the traps of the Artificial Low, and all it will take is a simple phone call initiated by a person manipulated on the spot, to make you collapse all your plans for the day and waste time on a useless phone call. You will put off important events to waste your time on a useless matter. My advice is to also give yourself 'limits' of endurance, which are then related to how much you intend to overload yourself with Low on you, that the more there is, the less likely it is for you to get out of it. The more you fill yourself with commitments and allow yourself to be filled with unforeseen events, the less likely it will be for you to practice, and therefore to evolve. It will no longer be a surprise, because sometimes you will go looking for them, i.e. you will accept commitments even though you don't really have the chance to take care of them, but you will prefer to let yourself be swallowed up by the commitments by accepting them as "unforeseen" and preventing yourself from practising in order to get out of the artificial cage. Give yourself a time each day to do all the chores you want to do, and don't exceed the time you have planned. Whatever happens, try to avoid all setbacks that come your way. If a phone call comes in while you are cleaning, say that you will call back later when it comes within your time allotted, because that is your time to clean or do that task you were taking care of, so complete that task without getting distracted. If you put it off, it will be used against your Practice. Get organised as best you can and force yourself to honour your commitments, your own orders, because then you can devote yourself to what really fulfils you without any more reason to give up. By finding space in your routine to do everything you have to do and everything you want to do, you will also find order in your life, and in your mind, to be able to Evolve relieved of many burdens. The first objective of the aliens is to prevent us from Practising, because they know that it is the only means to Evolve; so our first objective in the morning should be to Practise, because we know that it is the only means to Evolve.

    Proprio vero il tempo non scorre veloce ma VOLA. Mi sono accorta di quanto scorra veloce che non fai in tempo a finire una cosa che devi fare già l'altra che arriva il pranzo e poi subito la cena. Poi se guardi una serie tv o stai sui social da 10 minuti ti rendi conto che sono diventati 40 o 60. Mi è capitato poche volte di sentire il tempo che scorresse meno veloce, sarà per delle buone e intense meditazioni in quel periodo o ultimamente grazie alla spinta dei maestri ho sentito un rallentamento del tempo. Capire che fanno di tutto per ridurci al limite in cui non si ha manco tempo di respirare è frustrante e non cè altro modo che attaccare le loro tecnologie e fare le tecniche per saper regolare il tempo(non vedo l'ora). Saper gestire il proprio tempo è davvero importante ed impegnativo. Porsi anche i limiti per le cose è una cosa molto intelligente così come anche sapersi gestire quando avvengono imprevisti con lo scopo di distrarci. Non sto sfruttando al meglio il mio tempo, potrei fare altre meditazioni al posto di guardarmi un film. Usiamo spesso la scusa del lavoro, non ho tempo, sono stanco ma basta analizzarsi la propria routine e intravedere qualche spazio per evolversi, se si vuole ovviamente. Tutto il resto è scusa.

    Immaginavo che il tempo delle tue meditazioni fosse alto ma mai avrei pensato a 15 ore. Per un periodo della mia vita (non ero ancora in ACD) mi alzavo alle 5 per meditare, ma appunto è stato un periodo, poi sono ricaduta nel Low più profondo. Sono passati tanti anni, era un periodo molto tranquillo con pochi problemi che mi assillavano. Non vuole essere una scusa. Sono diverse settimane che mi dico che mi voglio svegliare prima per meditare, poi c'è sempre quella vocina che dice "tanto non ci riesci perchè meditare la mattina non ti permette di avere un buon Non Pensiero", tutte scuse...allora domani mattina mi sveglio prima per iniziare la giornata con una Meditazione e il giorno dopo ancora, perchè deve diventare un'abitudine di vita!!! Me ne sono accorta del tempo, percepisco che quando Medito è come se si rallentasse, per fortuna.

    Avevo dimenticato (guarda caso, appunto!) che anche le fantasie che si presentano durante la meditazione possono essere causate dall'attivazione dei programmi artificiali delle nanotecnologie-nanobot dentro al nostro cervello, che lavorano continuamente per demotivarci e ostacolarci la pratica. "Lo sai che perderai tempo, ma lo farai lo stesso, perché spinto da una sensazione troppo forte di doverlo fare". Verissimo. Effettivamente vivo con persone che pur non ammettendolo, o comunque senza esserne coscienti, sento siano infastidite dal fatto che pratico e infatti ho dovuto far perdere le tracce dei momenti in cui lo faccio, seppure non sia semplice volendo praticare molte ore al giorno. Sembra che le usino per monitorarmi e limitarmi, facendogli avere il pensiero fermo su dove io sia e cosa io stia facendo se non possono vedermi accanto a loro, nel concreto solamente per assicurarsi che io non stia meditando o facendo qualcosa di relativo ad ACD. Eppure sono persone che mi amano, che mi aiutano e agevolano nella vita, che loro stesse avevano iniziato il Percorso.. e che se gli spiego sembrano comprendere e condividere, che però non Praticando sono state e vengono profondamente manipolate e al vedermi Praticare o a sentir parlare di qualche argomento su ACD gli scatta il programma artificiale su cui non hanno decisione. Vengono realmente controllati per spingere ad abbandonare e rinunciare, alcune volte anche posseduti in maniera impressionante. Seppure io credo abbiano ancora una Coscienza e non siano bot, perché la loro presenza e le loro azioni per la mia vita nel complesso sono state e sono molto buone e molto positive, per questo cerco di riconoscere la causa in chi li controlla e agire anche per liberare loro. E' assurdo come alterino il tempo con le loro tecnologie ma è anche strabiliante come la nostra Psiche abbia la capacità di controllarlo. E' importantissimo, come hai detto, prendere seriamente la Psichicità e Agire sulle tecnologie. Perché veramente l'unico limite è l'assenza di energia e loro sapendolo fanno di tutto per far si che non possiamo assorbirne.. "ogni singolo giorno sceglierai per il giorno stesso". Dobbiamo impegnarci tanto e mantenere la costanza. Continuo a sentire che la Pratica sia il mio principale interesse e quando non riesco a seguirlo mi sento estremamente abbattuta. Tutti i funzionamenti che hai descritto sono realissimi. E la buona volontà non è sufficiente, occorre riuscire a Praticare nel concreto. E quindi anche gestire al meglio l'organizzazione di tutti gli altri impegni affinché vengano eseguiti nei tempi programmati da noi per non andare a penalizzare il tempo da dedicare alla Pratica. I tuoi consigli e i tuoi ragionamenti mi hanno profondamente motivato e ispirato, li condivido a pieno e nel leggere esattamente quelle che sono le difficoltà e il corretto approccio mi sono sentita perfettamente compresa! Seguirò indubbiamente questa direzione perché è quello che anche io amo fare. Grazie infinite Angel!

    E' un documento importante che parla di un argomento molto affascinante, Il Tempo!! Spesso protagonista di molti film di fantascienza, oggi grazie ad Angel scopro che è davvero possibile manipolarlo a nostro piacimento con le giuste tecniche insegnate in Accademia. Purtroppo vivendo nell'incoscienza totale subiamo gli attacchi degli Alieni che ce lo velocizzano facendo scorrere intere settimane, mesi e anni senza che ce ne rendiamo conto. Ora che conosco l'argomento, sto facendo più caso a tutte quelle volte che davvero non faccio in tempo a compiere nessuna azione poichè la lancetta dell'orologio scorre troppo velocemente, e ci sono state volte che ho creduto che in casa fossero sfalsati gli orologi poichè ne guardavo uno in una stanza e faceva un orario, tornavo nell'altra ed era già tardi. Dobbiamo seriamente attaccare l'artificialità che abbiamo intorno e darci delle regole per avere più coscienza di quello che facciamo, ma la cosa fondamentale è cominciare la nostra giornata con la pratica, dare priorità alla vita spirituale e poi a quella Low che si modellerà di conseguenza.

    Articolo utilissimo e che tornerò sicuramente a leggere più volte. La questione del tempo che ci sfugge di mano è oggi attuale più che mai. Ho notato anch'io come quando medito più volte al giorno e bene, il tempo sembra scorrere più lento, e mi ritrovo con la sensazione di avere più ore del solito! Mentre se svolgo solo una med, e per altro fatta pure male, allora cambierà ben poco, perché il tempo scorrerà troppo velocemente non lasciandomi un momento per riflettere o fare ciò che volevo. La sensazione è snervante, perché quando lavori il tempo passa sin troppo lento, mentre quando sei a casa e puoi dedicarti ai tuoi interessi, ecco che scorre troppo veloce. Questo a meno che non si decida già dal mattino appena svegli di mettere al primo posto la Pratica. In questo caso sarà diverso, ovviamente. Non vedo l'ora di imparare le tecniche apposite per la manipolazione del Tempo. Questo articolo è stato veramente stupendo da leggere, l'organizzazione è la nostra arma.

    Ti ringrazio Angel non solamente per gli insegnamenti vitali che hai deciso di trasmetterci attraverso questi capitoli sul Rimando, ma anche per il modo in cui hai scelto di esporli, come sempre arrivando dritta al punto e aprendo i nostri occhi su tante situazioni che accadono nella nostra routine e sulle quali erroneamente finiamo per credere di non riuscire a intervenire come dovremmo. Finiamo per Rimandare la soluzione a quei problemi, accettando che la mancanza di organizzazione ci faccia confondere durante le nostre giornate, ci porti via tempo e confonda proprio l’ordine delle attività che vorremmo/dovremmo seguire, facendoci entrare in un loop di contrattempi e trappole che l’Artificialità ha creato appositamente per portarci a questo. Come ci insegni da sempre e come ribadisci in queste pagine preziosissime, la soluzione è darsi delle priorità , che per noi praticanti è la pratica delle Arti psichiche che tu ci insegni, e subito dopo di tutte quelle azioni che vogliamo svolgere perché ci portano a realizzare i nostri obiettivi e creare eventi positivi nella nostra vita. Senza accettare contrattempi e intrusioni aliene e artificiali nella nostra routine. Mi sento più che motivata a seguire attentamente e alla lettera gli insegnamenti che ci hai donato, mettendo l’Organizzazione e l’Essere cosciente durante il giorno al primo posto. E ancor prima di questo, ovviamente, la Pratica per noi stessi e contro l’Artificialità, per il nostro bene e quello collettivo. Grazie infinite, sei la nostra Salvezza!

    Questo documento è davvero importantissimo e ti ringrazio davvero Angel per tutto ciò che ci stai dicendo in questi capitoli, che non solo ci apre gli occhi sulla Realtà che ci troviamo a vivere durante la nostra vita e le nostre giornate, ma ci motiva anche immensamente a darvi una svegliata, aprire gli occhi e iniziare a praticare e fare sul serio. Il nostro primo obiettivo è quello di Evolverci, e come dice alla conclusione di questo capitolo, questo significa che la prima cosa che dobbiamo fare al mattino, è decidere di Praticare e poi mettere la pratica al primo posto nella nostra routine. Ciò che hai detto sul Tempo e su come viene velocizzato è davvero importantissimo, e iniziare a comprendere questo meccanismo e diventare coscienti del tempo che edotte e di come scorre, è il primo passo per prendere in mano la nostra vita e non lasciare che siano gli altri a decidere per noi. Ovviamente, come ci insegni, solo con la Pratica si possono davvero cambiare le cose, sia praticando per noi stessi che per il collettivo, ma già restare coscienti durante il giorno e allenarsi nell’essere organizzati e soprattutto auto-disciplinati è un passo importantissimo, che ci permette anche di organizzarci meglio nelle pratiche da svolgere; allo stesso tempo, aumentare la pratica gioverà anche alla nostra organizzazione, oltre a rallentare il nostro tempo personale e questo ci permetterà di prendere sempre più il controllo sulla nostra vita e sul nostro tempo. Grazie davvero Angel per questo capitolo e per tutto ciò che ci insegni in questo Volume! Grazie per tutta la motivazione che ci dai ogni giorno attraverso ogni tua frase e ogni tua parola ma, soprattutto, con le tue azioni. Sei l’esempio più Grande da seguire, per tutti noi, e avere una Maestra spirituale e di vita come Te è il dono più grande che chiunque potrebbe mai ricevere!

    Magari potessi meditare 15 volte!ritrovo tutte le trappole low e capisco quanta manipolazione c'é dentro di me per prima. Perché non dovrei meditare e praticare quanto vorrei ? Perché i altri me lo impediscono e so già come funziona perché Angel ha spiegato mille volte . Eppure continuo in questo giro vizioso anche perché meditare , almeno nel mio ambito di persone, familiare e peggio di andare ad ubriacarsi. Anzi , ad oggi vedo come le persone che vanno bar e locali sono scusati per ogni cosa ma se dovessi dire di meditare si creerebbe intorno a me un sistema che ho già provato. É inutile raccontare anche perché so che quelle cose cje mi fermano e hanno la meglio su di me spesso sono dettate da altri proprio pwr farmi smettere. Certe volte mi dico basta e proprio ieri é successo che una sera prima stavo molto bene , avevo praticato e pianificato l'orario serale in cui avrei avuto 1 ora e mezza per praticare. Ero calma e rilassata e ricevo la chiamata, a cui purtroppo rispondo in cui capisco che mi viene pianificato l'indomani mattina per cui avevo già i miei obbiettivi. La cosa mi provoca stress nervosismo. E non pratico più, divento ossessiva perché é il mio punto debole. Quando ho iniziato il percorso ero al limite e la prima cosa che ho capito e che devo smettere di accettare quello che altri pianificano per me . Quindi toccato il mio punto debole la pratica diventa 30 minuti fatta malamente. E seppure l'indomani non ho accontentato lo fatto sempre ossessiva verso la situazione. So che tutto questo é possibile grazie a me e che solo io posso cambiare e mi rende frustrata che nonostante io avrei il desiderio di dedicare il tempo alla pratica mi faccio comunque frenare. E molto importante questo capitolo sul tempo. Io notavo spesso questo velocizzare e rallentare, prima di praticare ma mi sentivo un po' pazza perché non era possibile. Invece oggi che conosco le ragioni devo imparare per prima a gestire e poi ad usarlo a dovere secondo i miei piani e non quelli dei altri. Anche perché vedo quando sono manipolati le persone intorno a me devo essere io a sottrarmi e a praticare contro queste situazioni. É inutile lamentarsi ma devo concentrarmi a diventare io per prima meno vittima delle manipolazioni e sottostare a tutto.

    Questo capitolo è molto istruttivo, anche motivante riguardo a ciò che si può realizzare in una giornata se ci si mette in gioco. Assolutamente vero che appare assurdo una persona che pratica ore meditazione e pratiche psichiche mentre è normalissimo che qualcuno usi più tempo per fare sport o per perderlo davanti alla TV e alle serie, questo programma è davvero palese. Tu sei incredibile e non per niente sei la Fondatrice dell'Accademia e colei che trasmette attraverso anche questi libri tantissime conoscenze importantissime ottenute grazie alla pratica. Sempre profonda fonte di ispirazione nello spingersi oltre per ottenere maggiori risultati e il tempo per farlo se vogliamo ce l'abbiamo, il resto sono scuse. Riguardo al tempo ho avuto piacevoli riscontri praticandoci sopra e praticando per uscire sempre di più dalla gabbia artificiale può fare diventare il tempo un nostro alleato.

    É un documento molto bello questo! Ricco di spunti di riflessione e di consigli! Il consiglio più utile che ne ho tratto è quello di organizzare bene il proprio tempo tra gli impegni a cui teniamo di più e le cose che ci piacerebbe fare e poi fare il resto senza venirne sopraffatti! Questo sarebbe l’ideale per me! Più ci impegniamo nella pratica e più viene fuori tempo per fare altro! Anche di questo mi sono accorta! E mi sono anche accorta che se ci impegniamo a superare il nostro livello e poi un giorno facciamo meno torniamo nei programmi artificiali e quasi ci dimentichiamo di ciò che abbiamo fatto e di come siamo stati bene! Di quanto sia stato bello avere meno pesi addosso e più risultati. Possiamo ottenere davvero tanti risultati con la pratica ma davvero tanti se ci impegniamo! Bisogna prestare inoltre attenzione a chi ci è stato messo davanti per non evolverci psichicamente e restare incastrati per sempre nella gabbia artificiale! Bisogna praticare tanto contro l’artificialitá! E bisogna godersi le cose belle che ci succedono senza far scappare via quelle emozioni positive! La nostra vita potrebbe davvero rivoluzionarsi totalmente se prendessimo alla lettera gli insegnamenti esposti in questo articolo! Grazie Angel! Ci stai regalando documenti fortissimi!!❤️

    Questo libro è partito in maniera veramente incredibile... Anche questo documento è pazzesco, mi ha fatto capire tantissime cose e mi ha dato ancora più carica rispetto a prima! Effettivamente moltissime volte mi capita di sentire delle sensazioni che in pratica mi obbligano ad aprire una determinata app anche se io non voglia, a volte la chiudo subito dopo appena mi accorgo che non è un qualcosa che voglio realmente io ma molte altre volte devo ammettere che cado nella pratica e perdo più tempo del dovuto. A tal proposito è molto importante ricordarsi che visionare il cellulare, i social network, prima di praticare abbassa di gran lunga la qualità della stessa: guarda caso molte volte questo istinto di aprire queste app mi viene proprio quando sono pronto per iniziare a meditare. Io al momento sto viaggiando tra le 2-4 meditazioni al giorno, e anche se sono soddisfatto dei risultati raggiunti questo documento mi ha fatto capire che posso puntare molto più in alto. Da oggi cercherò di aumentare ancora di più la quantità e la qualità delle meditazioni

    Decidere di avere noi il controllo del nostro tempo organizzandoci e imponendoci il rispetto di questa organizzazione...sembra quasi "banale" a dirlo, ma è tutt'altro! Mi ha molto colpita questa considerazione perché è proprio così, si resta sempre più in balia degli imprevisti che capitano e molto meno ci si prende il tempo per fare ciò che si deve e che ci fa stare bene, ci trascuriamo per accontentare aspettative, vere o supposte che siano, a nostro stesso stesso danno. L'organizzazione ci permette di rendere concreto anche il rispetto verso noi stessi, verso il nostro tempo e il nostro obiettivo. Grazie 🙏🤍

    Questo capitolo è molto motivante e da leggere e rileggere quando ci sentiamo persi . Molte volte ho avvertito quella fretta quell'imposizione nel fare qualcosa che in quel momento non ti sentivi spinto a fare. Ad esempio sai che devi meditare e vuoi farlo, ma in quel momento è uscito quel video che dura solo 20 minuti e da una parte sai che non devi guardarlo ma dall'altra senti quel sentimento che si impone forte e fai fatica a contrastarlo, ed ho capito il perché ! Più ci sei sotto più i chip sono forti su di te, più sei manipolabile! Quindi questo è un forte allarme che bisogna agire subito ! Ho bene a mente la sensazione magnifica del meditare tanto, di come ci si sente, forti, pieni di energie, con la consapevolezza di aver molto più effetto nella materia, ci si sente che si ha le redini della propria vita in mano e ogni volta sono lì che mi domando, perché non lo faccio ogni giorno ? Poi basta lasciarsi trasportare dai contrattempi falsi, si rimane incoscienti per ore ed ecco che si ricade nel solito loop . La meditazione salva la vita e fa stare benissimo ! Molto interessante anche il consiglio di decidere quanto tempo dedicare alle proprie mansioni e rimanere fermi e saldi sulle proprie decisioni senza sgarrare, se sgarriamo nelle scelte low figuriamoci se non sgarriamo nelle scelte spirituali e di praticare. Grazie per avermi ricordato che dovrei fare molto molto di più !

    Dovremmo appendere i contenuti di questo articolo davanti ai nostri occhi per averli ogni momento a ricordarci quanto lasciamo che gli altri (in particolare gli alieni oscuri!) manipolino le nostre esistenze!! Quando ho scoperto che il tempo ci viene manipolato non ci credevo. Eppure l'esempio di come siamo noi stessi a notarlo quando parliamo con gli altri mi pare lampante! E ce ne sono tantissimi altri che dimostrano come la psichicità sia qualcosa che è in mezzo alle nostre vite da sempre ma noi vogliamo ignorarlo, anzi, ci spaventa e quando lo vediamo ci fa paura o ci fa arrabbiare! Come può essere normale qualcosa del genere? Anche l'esempio di dedicarsi allo sport dovrebbe farci riflettere! La meditazione è l'allenamento del nostro sesto senso e nessuno ci dice che il sesto senso si possa allenare, bensì ci viene inculcato da qualcuno o qualcosa (L'Intelligenza Artificiale aliena) che sia una questione da folli! Ti ringrazio all'infinito Angel per quel che ci insegni, io non sono arrivato a oltre le 10 sessioni al giorno ma anche in quei giorni ho notato come effettivamente facendole il resto della giornata sia stata super fruttuosa, anche in attività lontane dalla pratica!!!
