If I had to mention their greatest strength and define the Orange according to that title, I would certainly call them the Queens of Remand, for they specialise in distracting their enemies to any form of remand. Although I strongly despise the race of the Orange, being one of the darkest known on this earth, and I think this is understandable from the first line written in these books about them, I must necessarily state that they have been very powerful and very cunning against all the enemies they have defeated, and still are against many humans. The Orange know how to hit the mark well and how to exploit the different masks of humans to distract them and direct them where they want them to go: they are so capable because some of these 'human' masks were created by the Orange themselves. Other masks, on the other hand, artificially fortify them, enhancing them so that the human victims are confused, distracted, manipulated. There would really be too many things I would like to say about them, from what all their strategies are, to what they think, what they feel, to so much more, and I will endeavour to say as much as I can in these pages, without delay! But what we need to examine in this chapter is their enormous power to make us postpone our duties, projects, commitments. I have called them the Queens of procrastination because they are truly capable of manipulating human thoughts and making us decide to postpone what we are doing. If procrastination were not so powerful to ruin our lives they would not work so hard to exploit it against us. This strategy called procrastination works on everyone, whether humans or any other alien race, that is why it works; however for the moment let us focus on how it works on us humans. To understand the discourse of procrastination we could take the example of the typical chore that you have been saying for years and years that you would like to do, but never do. Usually, the idea of procrastination could imply something big that we put off because we don't really have the time or the courage to do it, such as quitting a job to look for a new one, moving house to find a better one, or simply tidying up the cellar, which makes us think that it is okay to put it off: 'no one dies if I don't do it today'. So we don't mind if we put it off to another day which becomes a procrastination for the following years. Unfortunately, however, the problem of procrastination does not only concern the basement, which can turn out to be a small procrastination, and it literally becomes insignificant compared to what the aliens know how to programme on us. The big cross-references are the everyday ones, the ones we are living in the present, which are the ones that determine whether our lives should be caged in the artificial network created by the Orange for us, or whether we can live a life outside this cage. Understanding the referral and what the ultimate purpose is requires some patience. We have 24 hours of time in a day to do all the things we want to do, and we could do them if we wanted to, except that we often sit 'to rest', lie on the couch or bed 'to rest', sit at the computer chatting on social networks for hours 'to rest', watch TV programmes at specific times 'to rest', and do so many other things that take time out of our days, all 'to rest' or to distract us. But how much rest do we get? And does this 'resting' really make us rest or does it just waste a lot of time? The excuse is always: 'I work!', as if I were the only person in the world to do so, or: 'But I have children!', as if I were the only person in the world to have children, or even worse: 'But I have to study for university!', as if... but these are just excuses. Everyone has a job or study, everyone has or will have children or someone else to look after, it's normal, and those who don't work and don't study will have to occupy their time finding a job, so they won't sit at home waiting for something to happen out of boredom, but they will have to look for a job or find a way to fulfil themselves, so we are all engaged in some activity.

It is foolish to think of those who do not work and do nothing all day, because that stalemate will not last forever, but sooner or later even the most idle person will have to take care of something. That brief period of 'calm' will not last a lifetime. So we are all busy with something that engages our days, and no one can compare themselves to others. There are those who work 8 hours a day and then go home and have to take care of the children. There are those who work 8 hours a day and have no children, but have to take care of very elderly parents, or a sick relative who takes up the same amount of time as the children. No one should compare themselves and claim that they are 'busier than others'; because there is no point, this is not a competition. Everyone can decide to sort out their personal affairs by taking time for themselves, and personal affairs also vary from person to person, but one should not seek comparison here either, because everyone is different. We all have a lot of busy time allocated to work, and we take it for granted that if we had it all free we would all already be super-practitioners, but this is not entirely true, because many would find other commitments anyway in order not to practise and say "I would, if only I had time". Many do not practise precisely because they feel they have too many commitments. The problem is that generally as a human race we are thirsty for money and spend our days working harder to earn more, and then often end up receiving almost the same amount of money compared to those who work fewer hours than us. Of course, this is a figure of speech, because it depends on the type of work one does and various other reasons, but the point is that we are wasting our lives working and sleeping, and then complaining that we have no time to do anything else. We work a minimum of 8 hours and, taking into account the commute and lunch break, at least another 3 hours are lost; then we go home after 11-12 consecutive hours spent between work and travel, and sleep for another 8, for a total of 20 hours consumed out of 24. What happens to the other hours? There are four hours left over that could be used in so many ways, but we don't do it because we continually put off what we could do, finding ourselves at the last hour saying: 'Well, it's late now, it's not worth starting, I'll do it another time! In practice, we get to the point where we have just wasted a lot of time - every single day - and not done anything good, another time. In particular, we put off everything that concerns our spiritual and psychic Evolution. If we have four hours free rather than meditate and practise we use them to watch a new TV series or that film we have seen a thousand times again, but we watch it again to say we have no time to practise. This is not good, because apart from the time that is taken up by work, household chores, or the children/relatives we have to look after, there is so much more time that we would have but we voluntarily choose to waste it and then tell ourselves that we "don't have time". The Orange are the Queens of procrastination but also of 'not worth it'. To give a practical example, let's say you have an important project to complete and deliver to your boss within 7 days, which to simplify could be a 30-page file, or you have to study these same pages for a school/university exam. Well, that's easy, after all 30 pages is not a lot and if you did some every day it would be done even before the delivery date. If you planned your day by forcing yourself every day to do a few, say 5-7 or even 10 a day, you would finish the assignment in no time, avoiding arriving at the last day already knowing that anyway, the day before, something unexpected always happens that prevents you from finishing it. We scold and reprimand our children for not putting off their homework at the end of the Christmas holidays and we first put off ours at the end of the allotted time. If it is not a page project, it could be cleaning the cellar, or any other personal goal, dividing the task into several points/objectives.

You can't do it all in one day, or wait until you take your winter or summer holidays to spend a week in a row cleaning the whole cellar; so instead of procrastinating, you could decide on goal points and do one a day, so in a week it would be finished. You have seven days. You could start today, but what will happen today? You will notice that the dog is stressed and needs a longer walk than usual. On the way back it will occur to you that it's been a long time since you went to say hello to that neighbour or friend and so you will definitely have to pop over to her house otherwise the world will collapse. Then, on your way home, you will think that it would be good to go shopping, that you really should buy something so that you don't have to go there the next day; and so you go shopping. When you get home you have already used up all your hours and you still have to prepare dinner and clean up, and by now it's already 9 p.m., you only have two hours before you go to bed and you might as well do the task tomorrow, because today is already late and it's not even worth starting. You would still have some hours left, but since you have decided that there is no more time, you rather waste those remaining hours today watching some TV programme/series and one thing is certain: you don't even start your homework today! The next day you don't plan to get up an hour earlier to start the project, because if you sleep an hour less one day, you could risk dying; so it is much better to sleep as usual. Waking up earlier to do your homework is not worth it, so you don't even start the next day and that project is still postponed. You go to work, come home and realise that you forgot to buy a product the previous day, so you have to go back to the supermarket to do the shopping because you forgot to buy something yesterday. You come home but it's late, it's already 6 p.m., you have to cook in an hour and it's no longer worth starting the project, rather you waste an hour without finishing anything, looking at social networks or emails, because in an hour you have to cook, then eat, clean, etc.; so you waste your free time in front of an electronic device. So you arrive at 9pm, and it's certainly not worth it to start at this hour, better to do it tomorrow! The next day is the day off and you are really determined to do it... yes, you don't even have the commitment of having to go shopping since you already did it yesterday. You have plenty of time! You can do a thousand things today! What do you want to happen if you only take a nap for an hour or so? Or if you just watch an episode of your favourite series, or if you log on to social for a moment to see the posts of your favourite influencers? You tell yourself that you'll stay just a little while, that you'll do it later, you're sure you'll start the project and complete it too! Strangely enough, that hour of napping or social networking will turn into 3 full hours and at that point you will then have to start cooking because it won't be worth it to start the project and cook later, because you would surely die if you ate an hour late today! So the next day comes and, having learnt the lesson of the nap, you will say: 'Well, I'm not falling asleep today, I'll just spend 10 minutes on the internet'. Those 10 minutes will become 120, or 2 hours, after which you will receive a phone call that will keep you for another hour, during which you will talk about gossip trying to convince yourself that it is time well used, thinking: 'Come on, I never do that anyway! It wasn't polite to end the call, and then it's OK for me to indulge in a chat like that every now and then! For once!". Too bad that the one-off happens punctually every week. So you find yourself on the last day to be able to work on that task and you have to decide whether or not to do it, and most likely you will not. In this example, I mentioned a task that you had set yourself, a task that you told yourself "this week I have to finish it!" and yet you will find a thousand difficulties in even starting it, let alone completing it.

But what if we were talking about a task that would have to be done every day, without a completion date? If it were a task for yourself, like a project you are working on or something you wanted to finish "soon" but without giving yourself a set date, how would you go about it? Not having a date, a goal to achieve, makes it much more difficult to achieve it in a short time, and predicting how that project will go is very easy. Starting with 7 days will become 7 months, which will then become 7 years, which means never. This does not mean that it is enough to write down on a piece of paper that within a week you have to finish a job, in order to actually achieve it, because writing it down is not enough to implement it. But it cannot be denied that writing it down is of enormous help in reminding us and encouraging us to put it into practice instead of relying only on our mind, which manipulated by artificiality (and the nanobots inside!) will hide that duty from our thoughts and will not even come back to us: we will forget about it for weeks and then months, before it comes back to our mind 'Ah, I should have done that thing... but it's too late now, too many months/years have passed and it's not worth it anymore'. This is a real programme called routine, because routine is not only doing the same tasks every day, but it is also making the same choices every single day, which are also decided by others, because every day we are influenced by the artificial reminder tailor-made for us, and therefore we choose or rather accept the decision to postpone, to do tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, knowing full well that we will never do it anyway. We are constantly wasting our lives to follow standards that do not belong to us. Human life used to be about cultivating passions, interests, hobbies, being active, sporty, well-groomed, intelligent, cultured, people striving to follow their dreams with all their strength, and today we instead go on in a mechanical and confused way, many without any passion, to perform automatic actions all day long and return home without any strength. We are robots, we no longer look like robots, we have become robots. We are no longer artists, we are no longer sportsmen, we no longer have a hobby, we are just machines performing the tasks for which they have been programmed. Then if we go to the gym twice a week we think we are great sportsmen; whereas in the past the human spent 12-15 hours a day physically moving. We spend 12 to 15 hours sitting, every day, and then we go to sleep, but we feel like great sportsmen if we go to the gym and lift weights, neglecting or even despising the natural physical movement nowadays called 'cardio', which is actually the true natural movement of the human being, unlike weightlifting which is a modern activity created to inflate the superficial muscles and overload the main organs with effort. Without physical movement, now called 'cardio', and without stretching, doing weights in the gym without movement (cardio and stretching) turns out to be yet another ploy to make us believe we are doing sport when we are not. The Orange are extremely interested in getting us to postpone our projects, and they do this for a very important reason: they know that if you accept to postpone the various actions in your life, you will also accept to postpone, forever, your spiritual awakening. They care about that! Whether you clean the cellar or whether you do that painting you so desire, the Orange don't care a damn. They care that they can get you to postpone the choice of your Spiritual Evolution forever. But in order to get you to postpone that choice, they must first work on all your other daily chores, so that postponing your psychic practice will be much easier, as you are used to postponing everything in your routine. Suppose you are a person who is 'new' to spirituality (and you might be, because it might be the first time you have read this kind of book) and today for the first time you find yourself reading a Meditation technique that invites you to practice it. Well, it sounds easy, so you decide that today you will have to find yourself half an hour of free time to do it. It doesn't ask you for hours, it only asks you for half an hour, it's not that long, so it's not impossible to do. Several days or even weeks and months will pass before you find that suitable half-hour to meditate.

But suppose you finally find the suitable day: you sit down to Meditate and that's it! You discover that half an hour is not so long, you discover that you enjoyed Meditating, and that you can repeat it with incredible ease, so it is impossible for you to put it off again. You are determined: tomorrow you will meditate again, it is that easy! And yet, the next day, you are convinced that it is far too easy (and you also think it is absurd to believe that such an easy technique would be enough to enable you to Evolve Psychically, because it is also far too easy! Surely you would need more complicated and challenging techniques! Yet...) first you'll watch TV, because you'll have a lot of free time and you'll find that half-hour to meditate whenever you want. Then you'll clean the house, then you'll watch a TV series again, or the social networks, because God forbid you miss that programme that you seldom follow but that tomorrow will start to interest you, or that you risk missing a video or a useless post by a useless influencer. Anyway, you'll waste your time, sure you'll meditate afterwards, so you don't feel the pressure at all because you're sure you will afterwards. Then it's time to cook, so then you'll eat, clean the kitchen, finish watching the TV show or other videos on social/web platforms, and go to sleep. Oops, but where did Meditation go? You could have done it at any time, you could even have done it at the last moment, right before going to sleep, because if you had fallen asleep 20-30 minutes later nothing bad would have happened, but instead you didn't: "It's not worth it anymore, I'll do it tomorrow!". So you didn't meditate and skipped a day. The next day, when you come back from work, after eating, cleaning, etc., you realise that a trivial and even useless task at the moment, such as your PC full of files in a mess and that it would be good to tidy up a bit, suddenly becomes a very urgent task that you can no longer put off because today it is really essential that you concentrate on that task! Something useless, that you have been putting off for months or years, but today you feel deep in your heart that you really have to do it. And 'the heart is never wrong' you tell yourself, using ridiculous phrases to convince yourself that you are right to waste time on that useless event. You tell yourself that this is absolutely not a way to make you postpone Meditation, that Low has nothing to do with it, that you know what Low is and you are not fooled by it butthis commitment is really important and urgent and you cannot postpone it. So you tell yourself that you will meditate later, because now you absolutely have to take care of this whatever commitment has been put in front of your eyes to distract you. Of course, everything is artificially planned so that this commitment takes up many more hours than you imagined, and you will arrive in the evening that you will be very tired. Then, you might still meditate, but you will tell yourself that it is late, that you now want to watch some series, or whatever your Low pastimes are, and even today you will put it off until tomorrow. The weekend arrives, it's Saturday and you want to go out and have fun, otherwise the world would collapse... but you haven't meditated for days: 'But yeah, come on, it's not worth meditating today of all days, I have to go to the disco! Then I have that family lunch tomorrow and I won't be able to meditate, I might as well start directly from Monday!", and of course it will be an excuse, because on Monday you'll forget and you won't do it again. You have fallen perfectly into the Orange trap, bravo! A trap that then of course the other Aliens also use and exploit every day to plan our days. This will then repeat itself and also reverberate in later times, making you accept the same conditions. Months will pass, many months, until the year may come to an end. You will reflect on the fact that you have wasted the whole year on which you meditated little or nothing. You will find yourself in December and you might get back on track, but the Artificial Reminder is always just around the corner. So instead of thinking, "OK it's time, from now on I'll meditate more so I'll start the new year in good shape!" you'll think, "Well, since I've done very little all year, I'll do nothing in December, so I'll start directly from the 1st day of the new year and it will be fine!" And that is obviously a trap.

You will miss another 30 days of meditation in which you could evolve and not a little, as if starting in January would bring you more awakened capacities. But of course it won't. You will wait for January, but on 1 January you will be drunk from the festivities of the day before and rest assured that you will do everything except be conscious, lucid, and start meditating. For the whole month of January you will not start meditating. February will come and you'll say to yourself, 'well, it's not the beginning of the year anymore... January has passed and it's already February, I don't know if it's worth starting now...' The year will have just begun, but you'll talk about it as if it's almost at the end, and it's a perpetual mechanism of procrastination. A perpetual Not-Evolving. I'm old now, it's no longer worth it to start meditating, it's too late now, is the phrase you'll repeat to yourself most often. Or I am still very young and I will have all the time in front of me, yet another excuse to put it off, until the idea that I am old now, it is no longer worth it takes over. The point is this, that because of all the nanotechnology that is being put into our bodies and because of all the toxic substances that are being injected into us, our Consciousness is not capable of withstanding all this effort, nor of surviving without us doing anything psychic to help it. We don't have such a strong energy that even without practising and meditating we can still evolve, because we don't, because of all the nanotech that they insert into us in various ways specifically to make us psychically weak without us realising it we cannot Evolve without Meditating. Spiritual Evolution is not separate from psychic Evolution, they are absolutely the same thing. The fact that the vast majority of "spiritual paths" imply that they are two separate subjects and that one can "Evolve" and become stronger spiritually without touching the Psychic Faculties in the slightest, or even deliberately ignoring and pushing them away, is done on purpose to prevent us from Evolving. These are 'spiritual paths' led by non-practitioners who have never had any psychic experiences and who are therefore constantly hypnotised, manipulated into saying and doing certain things in order to influence everyone else as well. Those who do not practise have to convince others not to practise as well, because those who do not practise are more easily manipulated by the aliens, which prompts them to convince other humans to follow the same path: not to practise so as to be more manipulable by the aliens. The problem is that behind these serious manipulations hidden behind beautiful words of love and evolution are the Pleiadians. "Don't Meditate, Don't Practise, you are already Evolved and you don't have to do anything" this is the usual refrain, the mantra of the hypnotised, dictated by people who must necessarily close your mind and prevent you from Evolving. The truth is that if even thousands of years ago humans understood that to Evolve it was necessary to Meditate, which is why the Deities Meditated and taught how to do it, we should certainly not think today that they were wrong, and that we for some crazy reason are exempt from those same rules. Today, if we do not practise, it is the end for us, for our Consciousnesses it is the end, because we are constantly bombarded by chemicals and nanotechnology inserted into our bodies, as well as larger technologies such as microchips and large chips (rather large ones twisted like wires inside and outside our organs; there are not only microchips inserted under the skin looking like a grain of rice) that serve specifically to prevent us from Evolving. So it is not a random consequence, it is exactly the consequence that the chips serve to achieve. These are advanced technologies that, if we don't practise them, manage to psychically block us and prevent us from Evolving, both spiritually and psychically, which necessarily go hand in hand. If you don't evolve psychically (i.e. you don't practise to develop the Psychic Faculties) you cannot evolve spiritually, no matter how hard you want to believe it, deluding yourself. The Reminding of the Orange serves to prevent us from practising, but also to prevent us from doing it consistently. Even if you manage to start the Path of Practice, it is not certain that you will be able to continue: the first step has been taken, but it is not enough, because it does not determine that from the moment you have started Meditating then you will be able to do it forever without ever stopping.

On the contrary, surrender is immediately around the corner, even though you may be motivated by very strong emotions and willpower. So many people believe that practising occasionally is ultimately the same as practising consistently. Of course it is not, otherwise there would be no need to practise every day, and there is, if we want to evolve. So others may think that at worst, if you practise some days and then for a long time you don't practise any more, "the worst that can happen is that you go back to the starting point", but the point is that there is no starting point, there is that you are here Now, and the more you meditate the stronger you become, the less you meditate, the more time passes the weaker you become. You do not remain the same as you were in the past, because in the meantime the nanotechnology inside you and all the toxic substances you breathe, absorb and ingest every day are continuing to damage your physical health, your mind, and your psychicity day after day. We can also understand this simply by observing people ageing, falling ill and dying. They do not stay still at the point of youth where they stopped playing sports, to give an example, but continue to get sick and grow old. This happens because time passes and is wasted. However, it cannot be denied in the slightest that practising sport removes many of the possibilities of illness and thus prevents early death, not least because it makes one younger than one's advancing biological age, so we can definitely say that sport rejuvenates. We do not have eternal life ahead of us, but neither can we think that dying at 65-70 years of age after having lived from 30 to 70 years with fixed pains and illnesses, and dying at 95-105 years of age in which we have lived in great health until the last years of life, can be considered the same thing. When we reach a certain age our body shuts down, but there is a big difference between spending our lives with perennial serious health problems that ruin our existence from a young age, and arriving at the end of our lives that we have lived in great health and happiness every day until our final years. We should stop thinking that this is the same thing, and realise that living a healthy and lasting life is much better than 'enduring' and dragging ourselves on until we die, even quite young, as if life was created to make us suffer and we should just endure it rather than make the most of it. The same goes for Meditation, which rejuvenates and improves physical and mental health, adding that combining sport with Meditation makes for a truly positive combo. If people practised Meditation more, and perhaps sports as well, the two activities being truly compatible, everyone's life would last many more years and, above all, healthy. This is not just a theory, but a fact: sportsmen and women and those who meditate live much longer and healthier lives compared to those who do neither. Of course, one must also be able to reason and not take 'sportsmen' who do drugs as examples, because if they die young, it is not because they do sport but because they do drugs! Quite different is the case of those who practise sport and do not take any drugs, alcohol or doping, who live healthy and longer. If then the two actions, i.e. sport and meditation are combined, i.e. both are carried out during one's life, each strengthens the other and the person's health is amplified. Meditating allows one to rejuvenate in mind and physical health, which is also fully reflected in the body, and the more one meditates, the more one can improve one's mental and physical health. This is because in addition to the development of the Psychic Faculties which helps by far to heal from various illnesses, Meditating allows one to purge heavy and harmful substances from our bodies and brains, i.e. the chemicals, neurotoxins, and nanotechnology that have been inserted into us specifically to harm us and make us ill.

That's why we must never think that we simply go back to the starting point, because there is no starting point, Meditating offers a huge spectrum of benefits and improvements in all fronts of one's life, and simply skipping meditations i.e. not meditating does not take you back in time, but you are in the Now, in the Present, and it keeps you from being well. So the Postponement of the Orange serves to postpone the will to engage in the practice, in order to postpone - without knowing it or without really realising it - one's own Evolution. But for those who have managed to get into a good habit of Meditation, and have been meditating for some time, how would the Remand occur? Simple, the Remembrance of Awakening would occur, because meditating is the first step, not the last. If you are a person who has been meditating for years, I ask you, "Have you managed to get everything you wanted out of life?" and forget those trite answers like "you can't have it all" or "I let God choose for me", because they are just excuses. Are you, in your own strength, striving to get everything you want from life? And I am not referring to becoming a millionaire, which are thoughts that are worthless from a spiritual point of view. The question is: if you desire something in the sphere of work, are you making a serious effort to obtain it? OK, you meditate, but are you also practising specific techniques directed towards work? I guess not, that's the problem. So the real question is, if you're not practising for something simple that you can easily get just by pushing, if you want something much more Evolved like a spiritually advanced experience that is a very strong experience that you need to prove yourself or motivate yourself, would you work for it? Probably the answer is 'yes, I would commit', but why should we speak in the conditional tense? Why would you 'strive' and not strive for it? What would have to stop you practising in order for you to get psychic and spiritually evolutionary experiences faster? That's what: Procrastination. It's an Orange project much worse than it seems, because you don't even realise that it infects your mind, it pushes you to postpone the really important things in life to the point that you don't even realise you're postponing them any more; it happens unconsciously, in your subconscious you decide that "you can't think about it now" and that "you'll have the experiences later", even though consciously you would like to have experiences that motivate you. So the question you need to ask yourself to help you understand how remand works and how you could boycott this programme of Remand imprinted in your mind, is the following: Are you practising the techniques that would lead you to that particular experience? OK, you meditate, but if you want to be able to astral travel or become a strong telepath, are you engaging in those precise techniques? If you want to have a psychic experience of any kind that provides you with motivation to go on, are you committing yourself to pushing for those experiences to come? Meditating helps you to energise and cleanse your body of technotoxins, but then there is so much more you can do, not only recharge yourself, but also perform certain psychic tasks. Experiences depend on you, not on others or on time passing, because it is passing too fast and slipping out of our hands, so it must be used to the best advantage! People who practise forget that Awakening is not to be waited for, but achieved every day one step more than the day before, by working harder and harder, and not by living each day like the day before. Every day you have to improve something in your life, in your techniques, in your decisions, in 'your' thoughts, because only in this way will your life improve, otherwise you will become just one of the many fake spirituals who say they practise but who in reality do not do anything psychic in their lives, they only spend time imagining. The Orange are very strong psychics, capable of making a specific person think just what they want him to think, including making him believe that there is no need to practise because he is content with the level of evolution he already has.

But can we really talk about level of evolution with regard to those who do not practise? The Oranges are the Queens of procrastination but also of the now, for example they can make a person who usually meditates 5 times a day think: "I'm not going to do even one today because it's already 7pm and I'll only be able to do 2 meditations instead of 5, so I might as well not meditate and do them all tomorrow!" and there he is, screwed, there he is back in the gutter, even those who meditate 5 times can be screwed and go back to being manipulated by the alien programmes. One should never let one's guard down and feel overconfident! By dint of postponing the practice we will find ourselves in bad situations, from which we will no longer know how to get out. But the project of procrastination is much more tangled than that, it is not just saying 'alright, I'm not going to meditate today, I'll do it tomorrow', because the Oranges construct a series of artificial events that they insert into everyone's life that will eventually force you to procrastinate, even if you would have liked not to procrastinate. However, the ultimate choice would always remain yours alone, but you have to take into account that the more you fall into their traps, the harder it becomes to get out. To understand the succession of events created specifically to make you put it off, let's take the example of putting off cleaning your house every day, getting to the point where it will become a pigsty and it will take you 9-10 hours to clean it instead of 15-20 minutes if you had done it every day or even every other day. You will find yourself having to spend your Sundays, or at any rate the one day of rest on which you would have wanted and been able to practice seriously more than usual, between cleaning - because during the week you didn't feel like it or had 'time' - and other chores that will force you to use up all your free hours, including shopping, various errands, ending up wasting the last free moments in front of the TV or video games and social networks. As a result, because on Sunday you should have done important techniques such as, for example, pushing to make that university exam of yours go well, you won't be able to do it, and the exam may not go as well as you hoped. If you had PUSHED it would necessarily have gone well, but because "you don't have time to practise" not only will you not practise, but also the exam you had studied so hard for might go badly. That's the point: you put off one important thing in order to do another, which you may then realise is just a waste of time. If you have an exam tomorrow, you are afraid of failing it, and you only have today to study more and practise techniques to bring you luck for tomorrow, why waste it cleaning? True, you have been putting off cleaning for a long time and you needed to do it, but if today is the only day you can dedicate to studying because you have your exam tomorrow, why waste your time doing something today that you could do once you pass the exam? By dint of procrastination, you will find yourself in situations where you will have to choose one option and the other you will have to postpone, and you will coincidentally postpone the more important one to take care of the apparently more urgent one. But the most urgent event does not always have the same value as the most important one; indeed, the most urgent one puts you in a hurry, yet it is not as important as other events that have greater value at that precise moment but which you mistakenly do not feel the urgency to complete. Continuing with this example, if the exam goes badly, you would then have to retake it again in a few months' time and thus only lose more time; if, on the other hand, you cleaned up tomorrow after the exam was over, certainly no one would die, and you would only be able to achieve both thanks to better organisation of your schedule. You need organisation, you need to know how to prioritise, and put the important things first and only afterwards those that appear to be urgent. The Orange are obviously not aimed directly at getting you to put off spiritual techniques! But they make a much longer loop so that you don't even realise that you are putting off spiritual techniques, because you get used to putting off so many commitments that you eventually get into a loop that overwhelms you. First of all, the Orange want to waste your time every day so that you cannot fulfil yourself in any area, you cannot achieve anything good in your life, and you end up feeling like a failure (which doesn't mean that you are one, but they push you to believe it) who does a job they don't like and who will spend many depressed days trying to fill the void with alcohol.

Through this mechanism then, the Orange make sure that people are too busy criticising their own lives to have time to devote to what is more important, but which in their minds will seem less important: Psychic Evolution. This whole Orange project then works because, in the meantime, they artificially speed up our time, i.e. our time goes by too fast, and this lack of time in our hands should prevent us from being able to do everything we want, overwhelmed by the idea that although we would like to, we do not have the time to do it. Apart from artificially speeding up time, we must never deny that much time a day is wasted of our own volition, for example every day in front of social media, instead of dedicating ourselves to it once every 3-4 days. We always have time for social media, but not for evolving. We really have to think about this. Personally, I realised how detaching myself from social media, video games, entertainment web platforms, and of course TV and TV series, allowed me to have much more free time per day, which I made the most of both practising and pursuing my own projects. As long as we remain tied to entertainment thinking that 'we need it to relax' we will never have time to improve our lives, or achieve the most varied goals from the smallest to the biggest, in any area. It was through Practice that I realised that time, as it is artificially speeded up for us by aliens, we can slow it down by acting on time, and against artificiality, allowing us to have more time in our lives. Through the Practice I have been able to study and refine psychic techniques, which for obvious reasons I cannot report in this book but which I teach in the Academy Steps. In the meantime, however, I have been able to discover a magic that anyone can perform, beyond their own psychic level: it is about organising oneself. Because it is true that time is artificially speeded up for us, and that is why when we reach a certain level, it is necessary to learn how to slow it down. However, to begin with, it would really be enough just to decide to get organised. It would be enough to get organised, but if you don't, how do you hope it will work? It is obvious that without organising one's commitments and priorities, one cannot find the time and the way to pursue one's interests, as each day would be taken away by setbacks and entertainments. I have tried to organise many things in my life by making a list: on Monday I will do this thing, e.g. sport; on Tuesday I will do this other thing, e.g. take care of an important project; on Wednesday I will do another thing, e.g. clean the house; and so on throughout the week, avoiding making it such a structured list that I even write down what time I can breathe, but still keeping a good weekly organisation. It is obvious that it should not be an obsession, but pure organisation of one's activities and priorities. I write one or at most two tasks per day if I know I have a very busy week, giving power and self-motivation to myself to force myself to do what I have written down, because it would be useless to write down twenty things to do a day if I then do not have the material possibility of doing them, rather I write down two but at least I do them; if I had not written them down I would have put them off for at least a month, without doing any of them, or even forgotten about them forever. Our human idea, especially the Italian one, is to think 'either I do everything or I do nothing' and that is totally wrong, because you might as well do 40 per cent today and the remaining 60 per cent tomorrow but if you decided to do 100 per cent tomorrow you would not succeed. Rather, divide it up as you see fit, do a little each day but do it. In my freer periods, for example when I know that I will work very little in a given week, I also organise in detail the half hours or hours of the whole day, also giving myself rest breaks but finding myself at the end of the day having completed so many things I wanted to do, so it means that good organisation works. You have to find the right organisation for you, a to-do list that works. Without organising your day you end up falling into the Orange/Aliene trap without even realising it.

The Orange artificially organise numerous events within our lives that distract us so that we don't complete our goals each day and then find ourselves at the point where we have to 'choose': clean or practice? Go out shopping or practise? See that friend or practise? And we always choose the former. It happens until we are organised. As long as you live day by day you will always be dragged into Low, from mishaps to unforeseen events, and you will not be able to complete even one day of practice. And one day won't be enough anyway, if it's just one practice day within a whole month of no practice at all. The Oranges not only make you postpone practice, they organise your life in such a way that you feel forced to choose, you feel forced to postpone. If, on the other hand, you decide to prioritise your days, which does not exclude other activities but organises them according to the times of importance, you can do everything during the week without having to give up anything. For me the priority was and is to evolve spiritually, and to do that you have to practise. So I chose to put that as a priority in my day; which does not mean that I only do that and nothing else, but that first comes Evolution, for me first, and after that there are the other commitments. So I said to myself: do I have to go out every day with my friends? Yes, if it was my priority I could go out every day and not practise; but it's not. My priority is to evolve and therefore to practise, so instead of going out every day with my friends I decided to go out only 1-2 days a week, and not necessarily every week. Do I have to go shopping? Yes, I have to do it, but not every day. Is it possible that you can't organise a proper shopping trip once a week? Of course you can, and instead of going out every day and buying hungry and then spending more to buy unhealthy products, I prefer to do the shopping once in which I will buy food that will satisfy me for the whole week, or even two weeks. Fresh vegetables and fruit hold up well in the fridge even for two weeks, if fresh from a greengrocer's and not from a chemical supermarket even longer. For meat and fish there is also the freezer, the much-feared freezer, the criticised, that bad boy of the freezer, which however allows you to preserve products in a natural way without adding preservatives and other chemicals. Many criticise freezing because they hold it against frozen products, but the latter are industrial products, it has nothing to do with the food that you buy fresh and decide to put in the freezer. However, it is a topic that I cover extensively on the Healthy Eating Path within the Academy and I highly recommend following it to understand all the traps and lies related to Food, to better understand how to get out of it and how to eat better to stay healthy for longer. So choosing to waste less time on grocery shopping, but only doing it once every 10 or even 14 days, gives me an extra 40-60 minutes every day. Because even if it doesn't seem like it, grocery shopping, standing at the checkout, sorting the groceries in the house, takes a lot of time. There is a huge time-saving difference between those who do their shopping every day and those who do it once every fortnight. There are chores that we have to do, but do we have to do them every day? Many of them don't, even if we think we do (and then complain that we don't have time) we don't have to do them every day, but a single time would suffice. There you go back to the magic of knowing how to organise yourself. And it is a life-saver. You have to organise yourself so that the various activities you do go hand in hand and that you arrive at the end of the day calm and serene, without stress and without excessive mental or physical effort. Then you don't have to do everything every day; but for certain tasks it is better to do a little every day so you avoid having to do everything on your only day off. Deciding to get organised is the first step, then you also have to decide to respect that order, that organisation, then remind yourself of the things you have to do every day.

For example, over time I have used various ways of reminding myself to do certain things, such as hanging large sheets of paper around the house where I would write down what I had to remind myself, for example 'finish that project by 6 p.m.' or using post-it notes, so that I would remind myself to do those tasks that are important to me, otherwise I would have ended the day doing much less, despite the initial intention. In fact, motivation is not enough, we also have to remember what things we have to do, otherwise you can be motivated to do a lot but, because in the moment you don't remember what the priorities are, you end up doing things that weren't so important to do today! We must remember to balance our hours between Psychic Practices and daily tasks, and make ourselves as conscious as possible during the day. Many people think they risk giving too much priority to the practices and ending up unbalanced on the opposite side, i.e. spending too much time practising and less time on the other activities, and that this can become a problem. To be honest, this is only an initial phase; at the beginning, the euphoria may make you think you want to give up everything to dedicate yourself only to the practice, but that euphoria will be short-lived because of the artificiality that constantly affects us. So after the first few days in which it will seem to give too much importance only to the practice, it will be short-lived, and one will return to giving too much importance to the unforeseen and the entertainment, and too little to the practice. I find it very unlikely that a person would risk giving 'too much' priority to the Practice and that this would 'be harmful or unbalanced' for them, because this does not happen in the long term. So there is no need to worry, we are so bombarded by Low that the risk of becoming too practising and too strong is not a problem that could affect us. Instead, the problem is that after the first few days of euphoria we will become distracted again by a thousand commitments and things to do (Low) and instead of being too practising people will become too immersed in Low. There is no need to worry about getting 'unbalanced in the Low' because this is not a problem of our historical period. Our problem is that there are too few spirituals and it is becoming more and more difficult for people to decide to practise. If there were too many practitioners or there were people practising too much, this world would be much better. To be afraid of practising too much would be like being afraid of being too well, of having too much health, as if that would harm us. Rather, think about practising at least as much as you need to during your day, not being fooled by the entertainments that are placed in front of you specifically to distract you and take you away from your practice. Get organised, incorporate several practice sessions into your daily routine, and you will realise that your life will be much better than it has been and would be without the practice.

Spesso mi do troppe cose da fare.
